MVF wizard: User friendly reading of annotations
The MVF format defines very nicely how an annotation block should look like. For non-programmers, it is not trivial to generate such a file.
Solution:
- Offer a dialog to construct an annotation block.
- Label, color, type, object ... can all be selected
- input file could be more "standard". Eg. 3 columns:
module | gene | optional value |
---|
This with only one input file for a block to load.
An export MVF feature should then generate an MVF file containing one or more selected annotation blocks.
